Welcome to Nalsafari Resort. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms:

• Check-in/Check-out: Standard check-in time for 24-hour stays is 12:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM. 8-hour stays are strictly timed from the moment of check-in.
• Identification: All adults must present a valid Government ID (Aadhar, Passport, Driving License) at the time of check-in.
• Right of Admission: Management reserves the right of admission. Unruly behavior or violation of resort policies will result in immediate eviction without refund.
• Damage: Any damage to resort property by guests will be billed directly to the booking holder.

Privacy Policy

At Nalsafari Resort, your privacy is our priority. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information.

• Data Collection: We collect your name, phone number, and booking details solely for the purpose of managing your reservation and communicating with you regarding your stay.
• Payment Processing: All online payments are processed securely via our trusted payment partner (Razorpay). We do not store your credit card or bank details on our servers.
• Data Sharing: We do strictly not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
• Communication: We may use your phone number to send automated booking confirmations, payment links, and necessary resort updates via WhatsApp.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our business.

• Cancellations made 48 Hours prior to Check-in: 100% Refund (minus standard payment gateway processing fees).
• Cancellations made 24-48 Hours prior to Check-in: 50% Refund.
• Cancellations within 24 Hours or No-Shows: No Refund will be issued.
• Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days back to the original source of payment.
• Rescheduling: Bookings can be rescheduled once, subject to availability, if requested at least 48 hours in advance.
